AT: Efil Chibi

My half of an Art Trade with

Pretty much my attempt at 2 things.

1. Actually trying to draw chibis

2. A different shading style using the blur effect on Paint.net

I guess I can say I did okay on both. Efil looks more silver than purple I will admit. Maybe periwinkle? I'm not sure.
